		06-Aug-04   free speech zone if you have not yet seen pictures of the "free speech zone" set up for the democratic national convention, you must check out indymedia.com -- there's all kinds of pictures on the boston page. if you haven't heard of this, let me fill you in. protesters were *supposed to* use the "free speech zone" -- a fenced-in cage with razorwire at the top and a sniper in case you decided to crawl through the razor wire. or if you were a black man. luckily amadou wasn't there that day. a goddamn "free speech zone" and they have the nerve to call it that what, my dear friends, have we gotten outselves into?
